You will receive a detailed working design including program and spatial concept, architecture, technology and industry designs. Initial valuation and a report with our recommendations will allow you to implement changes at the design stage and prioritise them.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

We will take the burden project management off your shoulder and will provide ready-made, proven solutions. We will take care of the proper course of the project, so that you can be calm about formal and visual issues. We will provide warranty and post-warranty service.

  • PROPERTY CHOICE – We will support your designer or delegate ours, who will determine in the initial analysis whether the premises meets the basic requirements, such as ceiling height, ventilation and other necessary to start the implementation.
  • LOCATION VERIFICATION – We will check whether a given facility may be established in a given area (including whether the appropriate distance from individual points regulated by law is maintained or whether it is not precluded by the provisions of the local development plan).
